During these three hours you'll explore what may be holding you back, identify negative patterns, and examine self-beliefs that may be impacting your life. This is a great opportunity for personal growth and self-awareness, a chance to shine some light on how these negative patterns and self beliefs are shaping your life and stopping you from moving forward into your true self.
First off, we will dive right into an Australian Bush Flowers Consult over a cup of tea and a very informal chat. We will talk about what you might like to achieve from the session, where you feel you might have an energy block, tension or recurring issues. Then we will have a play with the Bush Flower Cards and start to craft up a blend for you to take home.
Next you will move onto the Soul Star Session, where I will be intuitively led to wherever it is within you that is blocked and causing restriction within your energy. Working your way through a process that will help to clear and release what no longer serves you.
After the Soul Star Session, we will stop for some morning/afternoon tea.
On to the SoulNar Sound Healing Session, which will further facilitate any negative energies, blockages etc on leaving the body. Once complete you should feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated!
Lastly, we will go back to the Bush Flower Essences, taking in what we have learned over the past couple of hours and if needed, fine tune the blend which you will make for yourself before you leave,

Take advantage of this 2 hour package where you will start to dig deep into your layers. Finding what may be holding you back, locating where it is within and moving onto releasing and clearing it from your subconscious basement through sound and energy healing (SoulNar) combined with the vibrational healing of Australian Bush Flower Essences.

We will begin with a beautiful sound healing and energy clearing SoulNar session, helping you to drift off and connect deep within yourself. Allowing those beautiful sound vibrations to move through you, raising your frequency, clearing any stuck negative thought patterns or self beliefs which are blocking the flow of energy and causing dis-ease or illness within the physical body.

After you land back in your body, we will have a cup tea and move into the Australian Bush Flowers consult where we can discuss anything that has come up from the SoulNar session and any other issues or concerns you would like to have addressed. Finishing up with a singular essence or custom blend that you can take with you and use to keep processing and clearing all that was worked on within the session.

Diving straight into a Soul Star Session you will start to find some answers, discovering what is preventing you from moving forward and living the life you were meant to! This energy clearing process is then followed up with an Australian Bush Flower consult where we can continue to support the healing process.
During the Soul Star Session you will, once relaxed and grounded, move through an intuitively led process that will help to clear unwanted negative and blocked energies that are no longer serving you. Whether it is a negative thought pattern, self belief or something that may have happened in your childhood or during another lifetime, gently working through what presents, releasing what is discovered into the ether and allowing your beautiful energy to once again start to flow.
Once settled and grounded we will sit with a cup of tea and have Bush Flowers consult, discussing what came up during the Soul Star Session and anything else you may like to work on, eventually settling on an essence or blend that will best support you during the coming weeks.

This Intuitive Energetics energy clearing process is then followed up with a beautiful SoulNar session, incorporating both sound and further energy healing, helping whatever we have discovered to further clear from the body.
During the Soul Star Session you will, once grounded, move through an intuitively led process that will help to clear unwanted negative and blocked energies which are no longer serving you.
